Another pic of Delgado's design for the original American Godzilla. This Godzilla would have been created by an ancient civilization from dinosaur genes to combat planet destroying alien probes.

Didn't he sell this one as a resin kit at one point ?

Anyway, my only complaint with this design is the swept back arms..looks good on a Rex with those small arms...but considering the size of this models arms the angle looks odd .

Yes. I didn't like the swept back arms either. To be a bit off topic, this Godzilla could apparently move in three different ways on land:
1. the traditional lumbering stance
2. The "T-rex" stance seen here
3. On all fours, like a mouse

Yes, it is. Personnally, I like this version more than the Winston version that you also favorited (the fat one). This one looks like it can actually move, which works well because Hollywood wanted to make him agile.

I don´t like this design, if you want to do a dinosaur-like creature, then make a Dinosaurs movie. Godzilla is far to be a Dinosaur, I hate when people try to make a Dinosaur from Godzilla´s body, this design looks deformed and almost like the Gay GINO, not too much difference.

I am a G-fan and the story should be respected, the one you call "fat" is the best design for an American godzilla, it respects Godzilla´s original idea, I just love that design.

I hate the way hollywood tend to destroy ideas with so much potential, just like the crappy gino movie, Jesus, that movie just sucks.

I see your point, but this Godzilla was created by aliens from DINOSAUR genes, thus explaining the more dinosaur like appearance.

I like the "fat" design, just not as much as this one, I think it would have worked better in the original movie script that i found, I'll send it to you later.
